What data and why
The contact form collects your name, an email address or phone number and your message. They are used only to reply to you and, if you wish, to continue the conversation. They are not used for advertising, nor shared with anyone else.
The legal basis is your consent (article 6.1.a of the GDPR), which you give by ticking the box on the form. You can withdraw it at any time by writing to alberto@albertomerino.com.
Who processes it
The site is hosted on Cloudflare, which also measures visits and clicks without cookies. The message you send arrives by email through Resend. Both act as processors under contract and may process data outside the European Union with the guarantees provided by the GDPR.
How long
Your message is kept while the conversation lasts and, afterwards, for the time needed to meet legal obligations. If there is no relationship, it is deleted within a year.
Your rights
You can access, rectify or delete your data, object to or limit its processing, and request its portability, by writing to alberto@albertomerino.com. If you think your rights have not been respected, you can complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es).
Cookies
This site uses a single cookie, "idioma", which is set only when you choose a language with the selector and remembers that choice for one year. It is a preference cookie that does not identify you and does not require consent. There are no advertising or third-party cookies.
